I am a Portuguese personal trainer living and working in Den Haag for the last 5 years. I've been working as a freelance personal trainer for the last 5 years. In The Hague I had the chance to work at Caesar’s Fitness & Spa offering quality personal training sessions to high profile clients and expats. I offer my clients high quality sessions, where I focus on functional training patterns and overall strength training. I've been specializing the last years in prehab and rehab education to clients suffering from chronical injuries such as lower back pain, shoulder injuries or other muscular imbalances.
