During that time I helped over 300+ (international) clients to reach their fitness goals and gain confidence. My work as a personal trainer included educating customers on weight training, nutrition, flexibility and designing specific workout systems for individual clients based on their unique needs. I was awarded the Best Trainer of The Year for two consecutive years at World Gym (Taipei). Also, I am a native Chinese speaker with high proficiency in English and I am currently learning Dutch.
